Tonight we had Kim's Tamale Pie made with the following fresh ingredients from our garden. Cilantro, diced habanero, red jalapeno, red and green bell peppers, onion, garlic, and tomatoes, sauteed with ground sirloin and chili beans, topped with a thin layer of cornbread mixed with jalapeno and habanero baked with a light topping of cheeses. After baking for 30 minutes we then topped it with cheese, sour cream and salsa. Garnished with leaf lettuce and grape tomatoes from our garden. Connoisseurs delight. Spicy with no pain. I had to keep myself from getting a third helping.
